180 Degree Slide Tilt System
Our 180 degree reversing Type Spotting Press is perfectly suited for mold spotting work.
Once spotting and pressing action is complete, the bolster will move forward allowing space for the upper slide to reverse 180 degree and position the die facing upward. This allows for the operator to inspect and fit both lower and upper die accurately and in total safety.
180 Degree Slide Tilt System
One upper slide is positioned at 100 degree angle it connects to the rail system allowing a smooth stress free descent to 180 degree position.
For even greater accuracy and efficient operation multiple linear scale encoders allows for accurate measuring of micro inching process. Micro-inching system features accuracy between 0.05mm - 1.00mm.
Hydraulic cushions can exert the tremendous blank holder forces needed for stretch drawing parts such as automobile hoods and outer door panels. This model also incorporates a hydraulic die cushion for efficient deep drawing operations.
The IDS 500 bed bolster is provided with multiple through holes where "pusher pins" are inserted. These pins are used by the tooling to generate resistive force as the hydraulic press ram pushes down. The cushion can also be configured for multiple control zones for on-the-fly dynamic control.
Knock - out Device
This Hydraulic Knockout system is ideal for applications when more controllability is needed or when the press has reached its maximum force capacity. The system is especially useful for deep draw applications. Knock out device is designed especially for the inspection of the die during treating process.

Increase efficiency - 3 Step Design
With this hydraulic press design, limiter switches efficiently control the speed of the bolster returning to its original position. The bolster will only slow down once the second switch is activated and then grind to a full stop at the 3rd switch.
Safety Locking Device
Once the upper slide has returned to its original position, hydraulic Automatic locking devices on both ends will lock into position ensuring operator safety.
